About
Jordan Clark
Founder. I came up inside staffing finance, and I built Finvisors for the firms I kept meeting that had outgrown their numbers.
Staffing finance is where my career started. Working in finance at CHG Healthcare, the largest locum tenens firm in the country, and at Doximity (Curative), I learned how staffing actually earns money, desk by desk, placement by placement, and where the margin quietly goes missing.
Most owners can tell you last month's revenue. Very few can tell you which desk paid for itself.
One healthcare staffing company I advised went from early growth through a successful acquisition. Getting a business ready for a buyer is a long, specific job, and it starts years before anyone signs anything.
Finvisors exists to bring that same financial leadership to founder-led firms that are not ready for a full-time CFO. You get someone who speaks staffing natively, reads your P and L the way a buyer would, and tells you plainly what the numbers say.
